Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, known as the “Yoga of Awareness,” combines movement, breathwork, mantra, music, and meditation into a dynamic and transformative practice. It works to awaken and balance your energy, supporting both inner growth and outward expression.

Through this integrated approach, you learn relaxation, self-healing, and greater presence. The practice helps align body and mind, allowing you to experience clarity, vitality, and a deeper connection to yourself.

No prior experience is needed—Kundalini Yoga is accessible to all, offering tangible benefits from the very first class.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is an active breathing practice using a continuous, circular rhythm—linking inhale and exhale without pause. This technique helps release emotional, physical, and mental tension while supporting deep self-discovery. The practice involves a deep, active inhale (through the nose or mouth) and a relaxed, passive exhale. This steady flow of breath can reduce anxiety, boost energy, and clear stored emotional patterns. Sessions may bring full-body sensations and meditative or emotional states. Guided by a facilitator, breathwork allows access to deeper layers of awareness, supporting clarity, release, and natural self-healing.

kirtan singing

Kirtan is an ancient Bhakti Yoga (devotional) practice of call-and-response chanting of sacred mantras. A lead singer offers a phrase, and the group repeats it, creating a meditative, heart-opening, and communal experience. Through music, it quiets the mind, raises energy, and deepens inner connection. Rooted in Indian tradition, Kirtan focuses on connecting with the Divine through sound. Chants, often in Sanskrit, are accompanied by instruments like harmonium, tabla, and cymbals. No musical experience is needed. Often described as “singing from the heart,” Kirtan offers emotional release, connection, and a shared sense of joy and unity.
